The Show featured demonstrations of food, equipment and beverage manufacturers, importers and distributors. Products being shown included:
- Echo Beverages; locally produced water featured in 100% recycled and recyclable bottles, - Principe Foods; delicious Prosciutto di Parma of San Daniele, located in North East Italy, - Joy Cognac; Armagnac made in Gascogne featured in a bottle designed by Paco Rabanne, - IMP Foods; a wholesaler of fish for sushi restaurant which is part of the EIWA Group with Japanese chef training and tea ceremony schools in Japan to preserve the Japanese culture, - Ayoa Foods; thin crust pizza
LearnAboutWine hosted a sampling of more re than 100 artisan wines at Stars of Paso Robles at The Peninsula Beverly Hills and St. Regis Monarch Beach in Orange County. The tastings featured artisan wines from the growing AVA of Paso Robles, plus BBQ buffets provided by The Peninsula Beverly Hills and St. Regis Monarch Beach. Proceeds from the silent auction benefit TJ Martell Foundation - Cancer Research at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.
Flavorful wines from boutique wine producers included: Alta Colina, Anglim, August Ridge, Bodegas M, Calcareous, Caliza, Cerro Prieto, Derby Wine Estates, Eberle, Ecluse, Four Vines, Hammersky, Hug Cellars, J & J Cellars, JK Wine Company: Katin & Arada Wines, LAventure, Minassian-Young, Mitchella, Ranchita Canyon, Rotta Winery, Roxo Port Cellars, Silver Horse, Stacked Stone, Terry Hoage, Treana/Hope Family Wines, Venteux Vineyards, and more. Paso Robles wines are particulary well priced for the California market.
Two tastings were presented: Wednesday July 14 at The Peninsula Beverly Hills and Thursday July 15 at The St. Regis Monarch Beach.

He will also setup several tables with cheese & charcuterie from around the world. WINE: Over 50 wineries will be representing at the tasting. This is the largest Pasadena Wine Event of the year with the exception of Family Winemaker’s. Consider others and drink responsibly. Page 2 SEMINARS: There will be Seminars by Peter Cargasacchi of Cargasacchi Vineyards & Wes Hagen of Clos Pepe Vineyards during the event. You will receive information as to where (University Club) and when they will take place. TASTING: Please taste as many wines at the event you want. We encourage “spitting” the wines to make it possible to taste a greater number of wines. If you are not familiar with the technique please ask for Jared Hooper, Mike Farwell or Katie Putterlik, we will be happy to assist you. PROGRAM: You will receive an event program listing all participating wineries and other important event information when you arrive.
